Since July 2011 the number of our street changed from 16 to 12 F, now our address is Calle 12F # 2-38.
We are located in La Candelaria, the historic district which is the most important tourist, historical and cultural area of Bogota. La Candelaria is famed for its cultural and bohemian atmosphere. Here you can find most of tourist interest places in the city, best typical and international food restaurants, bars, theaters, universities, craft markets, emeralds shops, malls, museums and all very, very near to our hostel! If you want to know the most representative in Bogota without congestion or long trips, stay with us and experience the beauty of our city. And something very important: The historic downtown is only 20 minutes from El Dorado International Airport and 15 minutes from central bus terminal! Definitely this is the place to enjoy the life of our city.

Getting here.

From the airport.
As you leave, on the right there is a taxi stand. Tell them the address (Calle 12 F #2-38, La Candelaria, Historic district) and they will give you a slip of paper with the correct price. Do not give this paper to the driver! The taxi ride from the airport costs 20.000 pesos (11 USD) between 06:00 and 20:00 and 22.000 pesos (12 USD) between 20:00 and 06:00. WARNING: Some taxi drivers may tell you that you should not stay in the Historic Center and that they recommend to you other hotel (where they receive commission), for your safety required go to hotel where you made the reservation. From bus station.
Taxi ride from the bus central terminal costs 9.000 pesos (5 USD) between 06:00 and 20:00 or 11.000 pesos (6 USD) between 20:00 and 06:00.
